Cristal Fat Freezing treatment at Ozhean AM Clinic

As a normal average woman in my 40s, there is no denying that I have been struggling with my weight... It does not help that I am also involved in food reviews as it add on to my pounds and fats....

I was given a full consultation from head to toe including diet and recommended activities to for my body needs.... While getting prescribed to 4 fat freezing suction cups around my abdominal area... It is less painful, or in fact not painful at all then it looks... 

For your information, Cristal Fat Freezing is a cryolipolysis treatment method that uses cold/freezing technique to reduce the number of fat cells of the targeted area. It is a non-invasive treatment that is effective in helping to sculpt our body by eliminating excess fat deposits and cellulite, without damaging any surrounding tissue.... 

These fat deposits are pretty stubborn and thus hard to remove despite us having an active lifestyle.... And so that is why we need a little help in these areas.....

So how does Fat Freeze or Cryolipolysis work? Our fat is somehow said to be more temperature-sensitive than our skin, and so it tends to die before our skin does.... When we undergo the Cristal Fat Freezing treatment, fatty tissue is frozen until crystalized and then flushed out by your body’s natural process.

Ozhean Clinic uses Cristal Fat Freeze which only uses medical grade certified high end technology from France in freezing and removing the unwanted body fat. One session of Cristal Fat Freeze is said to be able to reduce up to 25% of targeted body fat.

This treatment is recommended as it is safe and effective, non-invasive, no significant side effects or down time

First, Dr Chang applied a cryoprotective gel pad to my abdomen after marking the areas for treatment... Then, the applicator was placed over the top of the gel pad; and turned on... So that the suction and cooling treatment started their magic... The treatment takes about an hour for each session and since I was to have 4 suction cups, it took 2 hours for my treatment to complete... 

After each treatment, the therapist will massage the treated area for about ten minutes...

This (the massaging) was actually kinda painful as the skin and flesh was frozen, but necessary to accelerate blood circulation as well as the lymphatic drainage process and the elimination of fat cells, and my stomach felt kinda bruised for a few days after the treatment .... 

The results can be a little slow as there no immediate results, since our fat cells is slowly eliminated by our immune system.... So you actually only begin to see results at about 6-10 weeks after the treatment and you will continue to lose fat in the treated area during the following months.

It typically takes 2-3 months to see the full effect and your doctor will follow up with you at this point... So I did my treatment in November and recently followed up and the results were pretty amazing since I lost 2kg in weight, and about 9cm at my lower abdominal area and 5cm at the upper area...

Hoping to see a little bit more weight loss along the way as I have been also somewhat practising some intermittent fasting....
