Blue, the UK chart-topping 90s boy band was over in Kuala Lumpur for their Blue Live in Malaysia 2019 one night only concert tour recently on the 3rd of March 2019....
Organised by KC & Friends with TerryandTheCuz, the concert will be staged at the Dewan Wawasan Convention & Exhibition Centre in Menara PGRM, Cheras, though I guess sitting down for that concert wasn't a great idea as many preferred to stand to dance to the songs...
The concert kicked off with Malaysia’s very own celebrated DJ Jakeman AKA Datuk Jake Abdullah playing all the nostalgic pop songs from the 90s and getting the whole crowd inside the hall singing along before the main act.
It sure was exciting getting to see all 4 members of Blue; Lee Ryan, Antony Costa, Duncan James and Simon Webbe appearing on the stage after soooo long....and all still looking pretty good and dapper..
Duncan was caught quoting "It's so good to be back. You are guys are all sitting down already. You need to help us with the next song, so we need to have you all standing. We are going to be dancing with this song" and getting the concert goers grooving as the boys belted out their songs... beginning with Sorry, Bubblin', Fly By, Too aclose, If You Come Back and so on and ended with All Rise as the encore.....
