SPLASHIER, BRIGHTER AND MORE GLOW MONSPACE U WE GLOW FUN RUN 2016

This year’s MONSPACE U WE GLOW FUN RUN 2016 was definitely  “splashier, brighter and more glow!! 

 Alex Wong, CEO of Monspace Mall, along with Dato Sri Jessy Lai (Founder of Monspace) flag off the fun run together with Issac Teoh, the organizer of U We Glow Fun Run. 

There were a number of local celebrities and beauty queens present as well from the lovely Amber Chia (Supermodel), Dewi Liana Seriesthe (Singer), Irene Wong (Mrs South East Globe 2012), Brian Lee (Celebrity Social Media & Actor), Amelia Lee (Child Star), Annelise Chan (Child Star), Vinly Yim(Malaysia Charming Mum 2012), Pinky Loo & Mark Yong (Professional Magician and title holders for Malaysia Book of Records), Michelle Koong (Malaysia Charming Mum 2014) and more. 

There was nearly 3500 runners attending the run even though there was a heavy down pour at the beginning of the run, but the rain did not stop the runners for running , some wearing the rain coatprovided by the organizers. The youngest participant was just 2 years joining with his parents. 

Participants were also delighted to find a Star Wars Storm Trooper cheering them on and running alongside some of them

The fun didn’t stop there after the fun run ended.. instead, celebrities surprised the runners by spraying colour glow paint on them, and then there was a bubble bath area, followed by amazing lucky draw prizes of Ice-Watches by Andaman Group, Yan Society Birdnests, Jewelry Sets by KelvinGems and many more. 

The event only ended around 11pm.   

 

The objective of this night fun run was to promote a healthy lifestyle among Malaysian from all walks of life. Part of the ticket sales collection was then donated to a charity organization to ease up their daily expenses needs.

The run was made possible with the support from title sponsor MONSPACE and group. This was also supported by JBL, Amber Chia Academy, A Cut Above, Van Houten, Darlie, Taiping Poly, Doi Chaang Caffe, Lucky House, I Am 80’s, Tiger Balm, Vico, Fresh On, Laurier, True Fitness, Andaman Group, Kelvin Gems and Yan Society BirdNest.

It was definitely a fun filled night for all present... I am hoping to be able to join the next one...
