Sweet Christmas at DA MEN Mall...

With Christmas around the corner, there is merriment at every corner, even at the malls... and there is nowhere more fun then to catch the feeling of Christmas when you step into a mall beautifully decorated for Christmas...

 Yours truly was over at DA MEN Mall in USJ where they launched their ‘Sweet Christmas’ in a memorable and jolly celebration to sweeten up the festive season…

We got to try out our hands on some simple cupcake decorating…

Then we got to enjoy some Christmas carolling... 

... It was then followed by the unveiling of a magnificent five feet tall, life-sized Santa Claus by the lovely Ms Amy Chia, the General Manager of DA MEN Mall and Ms Valerie Yap, Director of Val Bakery.

This gorgeous cake was specially created and took a whole week to be built by 4 members of Val Bakery, making it one of the tallest Christmas themed cake ever baked…

Santa Claus then made his appearance to check out his cake doppelganger before going around to distribute candies to shoppers and guests…

There was also a very colourful and electrifying dance to entertain all present…

The crowd gathered around in anticipation to the main highlight of the event which was the Christmas Balloon Drop where all the balloons contained some kind of vouchers and prizes worth up to RM10,000 were released to all the shoppers who had been anxiously queuing for the opportunity to get their hand on one of 20 lucky ‘golden tickets’ which included attractive prizes such as a Samsung J7- 6 smartphone, Khind Air Fryer, Panasonic Rice Cooker and many more…

If you are interested in trying your luck, be sure to drop by at DA MEN Mall where there will be another Christmas Balloon Drop on the 11^th December 2016 at 3pm…

Naturally there will also be a whole load of other activities and performances held throughout this festive period which includes Christmas Baking Workshop by Val Bakery on 17 and 18 December, as well as various Christmas themed art and craft activities lined  up for shoppers to hype up the spirit of these most wonderful time of the year so that you will have a ‘Sweet Christmas’ to remember....
