Loving the Cool and Chic Fashion Arena at KL Sogo...

I was over at KL SOGO to check out the ALL-NEW 3^rd Floor Fashion Arena, and it totally blew my mind away... it was a whole new place, which is everything Fresh, Urban, Hip and Cool, !

The Fashion Arena floor is designed for the young at heart, and the whole area sports a contemporary industrial chic look, and you can find local and international street wear, denim wear and sports wear brands segmented into four categories – Athleisure, Street Smart, Style Signature and Frills & Thrills catered to the hipsters and YUCCIES (young urban creatives).  

Street Smart - If rugged chic denim wear and swag street fashion express your fashion style, head over to the streetwear section and denim bar. 

The streetwear section features home-grown streetwear labels such as Pestle Mortar, IDOTshirt, Stoned & Co., and Fabspy, the multi-brand store that carries cool, independent labels. 

Reward yourself with something from your favourite brands like Levi’s, Guess, Lee and Ed Hardy from our denim bar to keep your blues away.

For the athletic ones, gym bunnies and fitness enthusiasts, do check out the Athleisure segment, where you can find active wear and sports brands like Under Armour, Private Structure, Ogival, Arena, Fila, Adidas, Nike, Puma and Converse. 

If you often go crazy over tech accessories and quirky knick-knacks, you will be pleased to know that one can always expect good things from the Lightbulb and Kaleidoscope counters.

I loved the new accessories section also known as the ‘Frills & Thrills’ where you can find an extensive watch section features watches for all occasions i.e. digital, analogue, sports, suit-worthy timepieces, etc.

I was thrilled to also find amazing brands like Toms, New Balance, Dr. Martens, Palladium, Birkenstock, Butterfly Twists, Havaianas and Sanuk, and there is no denying that the hardest decision you will be making when you visit the new floor is deciding on how many pairs of shoes you will be taking home with you or if you have enough money to get all that you want...

KL Sogo’s effort to recognize and promote local fashion talents is obvious with ethnic-inspired fashion collection by Tengku Kery, gorgeous shoes and bags by Christy Ng. Both designers whom are well-known for their Signature Style, Tengku Kery - A Tribute to Borneo songket kurta collection, while Christy Ng - shoe customisation service.  

  

I am ovewhelmed with the fact that, KL SOGO is introducing international brands like Kenneth Cole, Lacoste and Private Stitch to cater to shoppers who are seeking something more fashionable, high-street and chic.

We were lucky to meet 54 of the 60 Miss Tourism International 2016 delegates, who were in Malaysia to promote global tourism and were treated to an exclusive fashion show presented by the Miss Tourism International delegates, featuring the brands available at Fashion Arena. 

Yeah, for those of you who love nothing more then to at least try your hand in winning an iPhone 7 or Shopping Vouchers, make sure you give the KL SOGO's ‘Cun Tak? Instagram Contest from 2 December 2016 until 1 March 2017.  

All you have to do is head there to the Fashion Arena and try out the clothing there, and take a selfie or two and then upload the OOTD to Instagram according to the given monthly theme. Monthly prizes consists of First Prize - iPhone 7 32GB and 3 Consolation Prize – RM500 Shopping Vouchers.

I probably want to try my luck and will go back there to get some new clothes for the coming festive season... and perhaps one of these luxurious and gorgeous shades...
