Laneige Vitamin Brightening Cleansing Water

I am a huge fan of Laneige's. It has been one of my favorite skin care brand for quite a while now... and it always excites me when they come out with new products...

Most of us like to use water-based cosmetic products because of our perception that oil may cause more skin problems and irritate sensitive skin, and yes, I am one of them..... 

And don't you hate it when you have to cleanse twice or three times before you can actually remove all those remaining oil residue completely.....

Anyway, there are so many types of water-based products and cleansers in the market now, so which is the one that can benefit your skin the most? 

Laneige is now introducing the Vitamin Brightening Cleansing Water, a low-irritant cleansing water infused with Vitamin C derivative to brighten and clean the skin while removing all traces of makeup

Its water soluble surfactant is said to effectively cleanses inside the pores by forming micelle when it meets makeup impurities, which are usually made up of oil. 

Unlike makeup-removing cleansing oils, the Vitamin Brightening Cleansing Water does not irritate even sensitive skin and does not leave the skin feeling sticky. 

In fact, this new Cleansing Water provides the user with a refreshing and revitalized sensation when cleansing.

The Vitamin Brightening Cleansing Water not only effectively removes makeup, but also contains many skin benefits. They are: 

Low Irritant Properties

Its water does not contain PEG surfactant, which contains 20 kinds of harmful substances. 

Furthermore, the cleansing water is free of the 6 harmful ingredients which are animalderived ingredients, namely: mineral oil, sulphate surfactant, artificial colouring, Imidazolidinyl Urea, and Triethanolamine. 

Moisture-Rich Water 

The Vitamin Brightening Cleansing Water is formulated with plant-derived ingredients which locks in the skin’s moisture and gently cleanses away all traces of makeup. 

Its nutrient-rich formula ensures that while removing makeup, the cleansing water also provides moisture and nutrients to the skin. 

Brightening Properties 

The key ingredient for the Vitamin Brightening Cleansing Water is Vitamin C derivative, which makes it absorb easily into the skin to reduce pigmentation caused by sunlight while effectively brightens the skin. 

When used over a long period of time, the Panthenol ingredient changes into vitamin inside the body and improves the skin’s ability to maintain moisture. 

Apart from that, Niacinamide, better known as Vitamin B3, also works to relieve inflammation as it contains anti-inflammatory properties.

Superberry Extract

Similar to the key ingredients found in the Laneige Clear C Advanced Effector, this cleansing water also contains Superberry Extract which is Laneige’s patented Silicium-capturing technology. 

The extract is made up of anti-oxidant berry water consisting of anti-oxidant ingredients such as Acerola-derived vitamin C and acai berry-derived Anthocyanins, which has 65 times more Vitamin C than Orange and contains 33 times more anti-oxidant effect compared to red grapes. 

The ingredients are also stabilized with Silicium water. What is unique about the extract is that it has 4.35 times more anti-oxidant effect than Vitamin C. 

The Vitamin Brightening Cleansing Water combines a refreshing citrus scent with a feminine and rich floral scent to allow the consumer to fully experience its vitamin complex formula. 

How to 

1. Place the Double Care Cleansing Cotton on top of the pump of the LANEIGE Vitamin Brightening Cleansing Water. 

2. Pump 3 – 4 times 

3. Separate the adhesion area on the cotton pad, transforming it into two separate pieces 

4. Place cleansing pads on both sides of your face.

 5. Smoothly sweep skin with cleansing cotton to cleanse your face 

The all-new Vitamin Brightening Cleansing Water, 300ml (RM90) and Double Care Cleansing Cotton (RM15)will be available at all Laneige boutiques and beauty counters starting July 2016.
