Yours truly was over at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur yesterday, joining in their Buka Puasa dinner for 44 children comprising of orphans. the genuinely poor kids, as well as children of single parents from the Pertubuhan Kebajikan Al-Firdausi.

Benefits of Buka Puasa with Zespri

Ramadan is a always a time for sharing and in conjunction with Ramadan, Zespri Kiwifruit did a Share-A-Meal initiative where they personally sent a buka puasa meal from DahMakan to some of us bloggers. It was pretty fun that we were also given an opportunity to nominate a friend to receive a buka puasa meal as well in the spirit of giving.

Our very nicely packed buka puasa meal was definitely delicious and there was a lovely bottle of Kiwi juice to ensure that we had a balanced meal. Summary of my trip to Seoul, Korea...

Am just back from my trip in beautiful never ending story that was Seoul... and yes, I left a small piece of my soul there... It was a great trip which was too short in my opinion despite the fact that it was a 5 nights and almost 6 day trip there...It was supposed to be a 5 day , 4 night trip, but because of a little problem with the return flight booking.. so we spent one night in at the Incheon airport guesthouse there...not that I am complaining... not at all.. it is a blessing...

There were a great many places we saw and a great many more which we did not get to see because of out hectic schedule...

Finding Dory fun at Sunway Putra Mall

Just  before I went to Korea, I was at the Sunway Putra Mall as my younger daughter was a huge fan of Nemo and Dory, so we were there to check out "Finding Dory" underwater fun at the concourse area there...

My daughters were maybe a little too big for the activities but never the less they took the opportunity to joined in and had some fun..

The whole concourse area was transformed to an underwater activity area with a few interesting activities for the kids to join in...

I remember distinctly when I was on the beach in sunny Koh Larn, off Pattaya in lovely Thailand and it had been a hot afternoon there.. we happened to come by a stall selling coconut shake and it was just so tempting as, well, everyone knows just how refreshing coconut water can be on a humid day. I love eating fish. It has to be my favorite choice of 'meat' , and so when Australia’s food brand Pacific West launched its Fish Fry Day campaign, I was very excited. 

This campaign will run through the months of June to July 2016 with the main objective in create awareness amongst Malaysians on the benefits of eating fish at least two to three times a week (huh?? two or three times a week only??
