TEH TARIK POPSICLES THAT MELTS ME....




Practically everyone knows that there is nothing more awesome then something cold and refreshing... say... maybe a nice ice cream 'potong'  that Malaysia is famous for, on a hot sweltering day...  and most Malaysians can never seem to resist Teh Tarik, one of the most beloved beverage in Malaysia...



 King’s Potong has always been synonymous with preserving Malaysian food culture and giving Malaysians the chance to enjoy their favourite dessert in the form of ice cream such as Red Bean, Black Glutinous Rice, Durian, Cempedak and Yam flavours. King’s Potong recently, in collaboration F&N Sweetened Creamer has launched the Teh Tarik variant of ice cream 'potong'. The King’s Potong Teh Tarik variant is based on F&N’s original recipe, which includes 2.5g of tea dust and two tablespoons of F&N Sweetened Creamer to maintain the authentic taste of a cup of Teh Tarik. Now enjoying Teh Tarik will never the same again especially when it’s on a frozen stick. 


My daughter and I were all curious as to how a frozen teh tarik would taste like... but once we started... it was hard to stop.....


My daughter is not exactly a huge fan of tea and nor is she a fan of very sweet stuff , but she really loved this ice cream, saying it was just right in sweetness and taste... so that is how good it is....


“With King’s Potong’s latest Teh Tarik version, ‘Jom Teh Tarik’ can be enjoyed anywhere at your convenience as long as you have a freezer. It can be at your office or even at home,” said Mr Michael Loh, General Manager of F&N Creameries (M) Sdn Bhd


You can get the King’s Potong multipack (6 x 60ml) for just RM6.95 per pack while the loose sticks (60ml) are selling RM1.30 per piece (inclusive of 6% GST). The King’s Potong various flavours are available at all leading hypermarkets, supermarkets, and even at your nearest grocery outlets.

How's that for a treat that does not burst the budget...
