So are you a fan of Oh My English!? If so, you will be glad to know that Oh My English Class of 2015 is back!!! And it starts again on 1 November with compelling stories on friendship, final year, and the future.

With learning conversational English the fun way as the driving objective, the Oh My English! series has added a new line up of A-list stars to the familiar faces of Kelas 5 Merah!  The new episodes will premiere on Astro TVIQ (channel 610) and Astro Maya HD (channel 135), every Sunday 6.30 pm from 1 November 2015.

So yours truly was down in Malacca to check out a brand new Pastry House, the Yeast Pastry House located along Jalan Kota Laksamana 3/8. Run by  Mr Poh, ok, so maybe the Yeast Pastry House is not so new, but this shop was since the old Yeast Pastry House relocated to a new place a few doors away. 

Yeast Pastry House is said to serve or sell premier delicious bread and pastry and it is one of the most popular bakeries or pastry house in Malacca. You can tell by the crowd that throng the Pastry House...

I am so excited.... Do you know.... Hello Kitty as the Great Witch of Oz has made her way to Malaysia! 

For a sneek peek of  the upcoming Oz inspired attraction opening in SANRIO HELLO KITTY TOWN, Puteri Harbour, Johor on 31st October 2015, the ‘Journey to Oz’ roadshow will kick-start at Quill City Mall, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, from 23rd to 25th October, before making its way to various other states around the country.

Yours truly was invited to check out a gelato place recently. When I arrived, my first impression was that it was such a charming little place, the deco and ambience is very cosy with comfortable seating. It was also eye catching as the walls were made out from colourful recycled wood of fishing boats.

Tucked away in a quiet, cluttered residential street near some of the city’s most popular pubs, bars and restaurants, this place is a small al-fresco area and is just a stone’s throw from Changkat Bukit Bintang.

I was half sourcing hotels for a school gathering as well as looking up and checking out new places when I happen upon the Lantern Hotel. I was immediately attracted and wanted to see more of it...

Tucked in a very convenient area, the Lantern Hotel is located smack right in middle of  the busiest part of Chinatown in Kuala Lumpur. If you are familiar with Chinatown, this little gem of a hotel is located on top of the Hong Leong bank there… and very close to where the yummiest Mou Tak Ding Lo Han Ko drinks are sold…You can immediately tell from the bright red lanterns on the ceiling welcoming you… but if you think this hotel is tacky or sleazy, you are so wrong, this place is really clean, charming and clean!!!

Being someone who has a passion for travel and discovering new places, I have of course been to KL Tower before since the time it was opened to the public in 1996. I have been there 4 or 5 times to the observation decks and also the revolving restaurant, where you can watching the view of the whole of KL pass slowly in front of your eyes while you enjoy your meal...

After having been to the Sunway Pyramid several times, and seeing the Hello Kitty Gourmet Cafe finally open, yours truly could not resist popping inside for a peek and a taste...

As you can tell, this place is the in thing or the happening place to be for fans of Sanrio or Hello Kitty, and on a weekday during office hours, it was still full....

Isetan Kuala Lumpur's 25 loving years

ISETAN has been one of my favourite departmental store ever since I stepped foot in Kuala Lumpur.. I use to head over to ISETAN Lot 10 whenever I was free to have a meal at the food court or browse around or buy my Japanese snacks..

And as you know it, time flies when you are having fun. ISETAN Kuala Lumpur is now celebrating its 25th anniversary and has now grown to four stores from just one. However, ISETAN Lot 10 is currently getting a makeover, a facelift and an upgrade and rumour has it it is going to be huge, and it is going to be uniquely different from other stores.... How??? Stay tune to find out... It is slotted to be reopen in the second quarter of next year!!!!

Bloggers Pets Day Out at PetsMore

 

I was there at the inaugural Pets Day Out event for media and bloggers held at the PJ SS2 PetsMore outlet yesterday. 

We were there to check out PetsMore biggest outlet and were invited to bring our pets along, however I did not think my pets , being the unsociable cats they were, were up to going for an outing, so I went on my own. We definitely had a lot of fun there and were also treated to many interesting activities such as the Pet Decoration Contest and Cage Decoration Contest.
