Hello dearest friends, readers etc.... As promised I am back again with my second recipe using Kelloggs Cornflakes... I was put up to this challenge by Kelloggs Cornflakes... and well... it is simple and I like simple recipes as anyone can make it, not just me, even my daughters enjoy making it...... Let me share with you my daughter's Suria's Honey Cornflakes Crunch .... she loves making it as well as eating it.....
Ingredients: -
4 cups of Kelloggs Cornflakes
1/4 cup of Butter
1/4 cup of Honey
Pour the cornflakes in a mixing bowl.....
Melt the butter in a pan with slow fire...
Once the butter is melted, add honey into the butter mixture....
Then pour the honey butter mixture to the cornflakes
Mix it up well until all the cornflakes is covered with with butter honey mixture...
Spoon the cornflakes into little cupcake molds
Pop the tray into the oven at 150 degree celcius and bake for just 10-15 minutes.....
Once you have taken it out, let it cool before placing in air tight container....
