Yours truly was blessed enough to be among the media guests invited to the charming Casa del Rio resort in historical Malacca for the LANEIGE Sleeping Beauty Slumber Party 2015 to launch two amazing products. The new and very much improved LANEIGE Water Sleeping Mask and the LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask , both which I have really fallen deeply in love with.....

It certainly was an amazing treat and retreat being at the Casa del Rio and I was really pampered and spoiled for the duration there.

We had a Facial Spa treatment at the Satkara Spa using some of LANEIGE's products

It was definitely most relaxing in this hot and humid weather and I found myself dozing off....

The facial spa is unlike the normal facial and it is totally pain free.. no painful extractions etc.. and on top of the facial spa, we also get a head and shoulder rub and our feet massaged a little as well...

Our day commenced with our four course dinner, which was scrumptious...

 

and a lovely evening cruise just after dinner along the Melaka River, for us to enjoy the scenery, lights and lapping waves on the boat as well as some indignant squeals of some of us seated at the front of the boat getting splashed by river water, yours truly included.....hahaha

Upon getting back to the hotel, we rushed off to freshen up, and get changed into our pyjamas for the Sleeping Beauty Slumber Party held at the Presidential Suite. 

The place was beautifully decorated with balloons and candies...

Many people suffer from insomnia. If you wake up at a specific time many nights and then have trouble going back to sleep, you have Insomnia. After breakfast, I had sometime to go and take a dip in the lovely pool before returning to my room to pack up all my stuff.
