Product Review: Arlésienne L'Occitane Velvet Hand Cream

Daring and gracious, the woman of Arles encompasses the beauty of Provence. Elusive and attractive, she leaves a fragrant trail bursting with color and life, that lingers wherever she goes. L'OCCITANE celebrates the beauty and refinement of this iconic woman with Arlésienne, their latest fragrance collection; a subtle bouquet of rose for her grace, sweet violet for her mystery and saffron for her temperament.

The fragrance is inspired by the Venus of Arles, a Roman statue discovered in 1651 and everything it represents—the woman of Provence, the ideal of female beauty and the muse of artists such as Van Gogh, Picasso, Léo Lele, Mistral, Bizet, Christian Lacroix and many others.

Rose from Grasse, sweet violet and saffron from Provence come together in a floral fusion that reveals unexpected nuances. The Arlésienne fragrance evokes the woman of Arles - full of mystery, beauty and grace.

Yours truly here was delighted to find a tube of the Arlésienne velvet hand cream in her Butterfly Project Beauty Box for Christmas. It was a treat among treats and one I love dearly.

Enriched with moisturizing agents of natural origin, this velvet hand cream nourishes and soften hands, and at the same time revealing the vibrant Arlésienne fragrance: bouquet of rose, sweet violet and saffron.

Just apply a small amount of cream on your hands and massage until the cream is fully absorbed into your skin.

So for softer, fragrant  and the feel of velvety hands, check out the L’Occitane Arlésienne Velvet Hand Cream (30 ml/1 oz: RM39.00). I normally hate a  sticky or oily feel on my hands when using any beauty products, but this suits me perfectly as it is a non-sticky and fast-absorbing hand cream that even people like me who are very particular about such residues will really enjoy!

I am also in love the scent so much I am really hoping and having my eye on one of the EDTs now....

Anyway, thanks to L'Occitane for this treat and to Butterfly Project Malaysia for this opportunity to try and review this too..
