Most people need an average of seven to eight hours of sleep, although some people have some difference in needing more or less sleep time to be adequately rested.
Not getting enough sleep or poor quality of sleep could result in some serious consequences that is linked to the major health problems, such as: hypertension, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, weight gain, and dementia.
If you’re getting enough sleep but still feel sleepy for most of the day, you could have a sleep disorder. Sleep disorders disrupt a person's ability to fall asleep or stay asleep, or they may cause odd behaviors during sleep, even sleepwalking. Certain sleep disorders even prompt "sleep attacks," in which people fall asleep uncontrollably during the day like the pictures of these adorable animals below.....
