Yours truly here was among the few lucky media team invited to the Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur to check out their Christmas Goodies spread at the beautiful Bistro 160.

This Bistro is located on the ground floor of the hotel and is very pretty and also cosy. Upon arrival, I was already mesmerized and tempted by the various Christmas goodies on display.

Come treat yourself to Chef Joas’s signature Christmas Log Cakes comprising of Black Forrest, Vanilla Berries or Green Tea, mouth-watering Christmas confectioneries and even some sweet roast items only at the Bistro 160 . Prices start as low as RM18.00!

Part of our lunch today, a combination of the Cheese and Charcuterie Board , a specialty by Chef Amir

Note the delectable cold cuts, smoked duck breasts and such.. they certainly are heavenly on my palate.

There was also some toast and salad to accompany the selection

The selection of cheese is pretty amazing as well and to be honest, it was my first time trying out the blue cheese. It certainly smelled strong , somewhat stinky but it had creamy textures and rich flavours--full-bodied, tangy, savoury and salty, I think. I was told if you pair them with a glass of good wine or smoked salmon, it's absolutely heavenly.  I only had mine with the crackers...

This year's Christmas at the Grand Millennium is definitely set for something extra special.. There will be an amazing tree lighting, a reading of a letter from Santa by the Finnish Ambassador in Malaysia, and a real snowman made of real snow about 8 feet tall, meet Santa and Santarina and lots of other exciting things going on.....Be there to check out the awesome Christmas spirit there, on the 3rd December onwards at 6pm...
