This is my lazy way of cooking... but ah well.... just sharing... mind you it is really a cincai bocai way of cooking.
Ingredients here :
I packet yellow mee,
5 cloves of garlic chopped
1 large onion chopped
1 carrot, cut into stripes
2 tomatoes
300 gm of lala
1 packet fishballs
300 gm of prawns
Put oil into your wok, I use Carotino oil for a more healthier choice
Then I put in the chopped onions and garlic, and carrots...
add the prawns and fishballs
And the lala
Add thick soya sauce
Then add in oyster sauce, and (not shown here) light soya sauce and a dash of fish sauce, a teaspoon of sugar. Stir fry it a little on medium fire.
Add the mee
Stir fry it until evenly mixed. You can add more vegetables if you like, green vegetables and so on, but since the vegetables I had were a bit withered, I threw them away and forgo them.
And leave for 3-4 minutes to simmer. Then dish out and serve with some fried shallots ... Bon appetit
