Perfect Family Getaway at i-City

-Five new attractions are introduced at i-City -

Dubbed the City of Digital Lights, i-City’s 25 acre leisure park has been receiving an overwhelming response, marking 5.5   million visitors to its night attractions. And with the opening of WaterWorld @i-City catering to the daytime crowd, i-City’s theme park is set to provide visitors with an enriching whole day experience with it’s latest edutainment attraction besides the existing favourites available there.

Yours truly here and her little daughter Anne aka CutieMonkee were excited to be part of a group of media invited to check out these new attractions. Some of these awesome and exciting attractions include:-

•  Itsy Bitsy, a magical park where parents can relive their childhood memories while spending precious hours with their little ones there having lots of fun at various rides such as the Mini Pirate Ship, the Rocking Chaise Car or the awesome Fitness Jr where your kids’ stamina and physical strength are put to the test.

• Jungle Adventure, is a soft play adventure centre that allows young ones and even adults to embark on the Jungle Rider. There are plenty of animal friends to meet in the jungle including the three bears or even Mr Tiger who mischievously hides around the corner ready to pounce….

• Fun Drive, is a mini township where your kids can get behind the wheels of a car and explore the fun little city. Before embarking on the trip, there will be a fun and educational introduction to road safety while on the road.

     "i-City is a family -oriented tourist destination for many,be it locals or tourist alike of all ages with famously known attractions like Red Carpet, Malaysia's First Interactive Wax Museum and many more to cater to both adults and teenagers in both day and night. Even so, i-City has now introduced a dedicated zone especially to the young ones, giving yet another great reason for family to spend ample time with their loved ones at i-City to have an experiential and edu-taining day," said Tang Soke Cheng, Information Manager of i-City.

     " With the opening of Itsy Bitsy at Theme Park C, we are actually promoting family bond and allowing family members to share laughter, joy and fun together. Parents can get to know their child's character better through play and kids can get to see their parents inner child- all within the precinct of i-City."

      At the City of Digital Lights, there are two new attractions which we got to experience first hand on the Space Walk and also on land. the beautiful Dancing Water and the breathtaking Mist Fountain.

     

     Located at the digital lightscapes park, Mist Fountain offers the magical cooling and chilling effects that are pretty quite indescribable , and one can close one's eyes and believe they are at the peak of some high mountains...

     Dancing Water, on the other hand, is the first of its kind spectacular water performance, leaving visitors feeling awed and amazed as it is a truly creative masterpiece blending audio, light and water together. You really should not miss these stunning performance. 

    FunWorld@i-City open from 10am onwards. As for Dancing Water, it will be performing at 9pm and 10pm from Mondays to Thursdays, and for Fridays to Sundays, it will perform at 8pm, 9pm, 10pm and 11pm. Don't forget to experience being immersed by the refreshing cool mist of the mist fountain before or after the performance of Dancing Water.
