Nivea Salgado is a Brazilian lady. She has a Masters's and Doctoral degree in Dentistry but decided to become a stay-at-home mom when her daughter, Catarina, was born.
Like many of our kids, Catarina was a picky eater who only wanted to eat fruits. Unlike most of us, Nivea was able to use her manual skills and a lot of creativity, to cut up Catarina's food and create her favorite fictional characters.
