This is a pretty and delicious recipe I tried. And it is yummy... and so am sharing with you guys who might be interested in trying out a nice cake or two.... It is a chocolate marble cake with a twist.. the pink colour...

Ingredients:-
125g butter, softened
¾ cup caster sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups self raising flour
¾ cup milk
2 tablespoons cocoa powder sifted
1 tablespoon milk, extra
Pink food colouring

1 cup icing sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons non salted butter, softened
1-2 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons non salted butter, softened
1-2 tablespoons hot water
Sprinkles, for decoration
Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, vanilla and beat well. Fold in the flour alternately with the milk. Divide the mixture into 3 bowls; add the cocoa and extra milk to one and the pink food colouring to another.
Place alternate spoonfuls of mixture into a greased and lined round cake pan. Use a knife to swirl the mixture into a marble effect.
Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 45 minutes or until cooked when tested.
Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before turning out of pan to cool completely.
Sift together the icing sugar and extra cocoa. Stir in the butter and enough hot water to make a thick icing.
Ice the cake and decorate with sprinkles .Store in an airtight container until required
