According to a witness, the man was clad in all black, with boots and shades on. He entered the restaurant at about 9.15pm . The toy guns were taped to his hands.
The incident only lasted for about a couple of minutes before the man rushed out to the main road and escaped
The media is supposedly awaiting an official statement from the above mention restaurant.
