CHARACTERS AT THE OH MY ENGLISH DAY OUT

Oh My English will explore 5 states across Malaysia to help students enhance their English skills through fun learning

Oh My English (OME) Day Out returns bigger and better this year as it widened the roadshow tour to 5 states across Malaysia – Johor, Penang, Terengganu, Sarawak and Klang Valley. OME Day Out will start its tour on 16 August 2014 (Saturday), starting from 8.30 am untill 5.30 pm at the Southern College, Johor Bahru, Johor.

OME Day Out is an educational workshop that enhances English language skills and its usage through fun learning methods. It is also with the intent to create awareness amongst Malaysian 

students, placing importance for the English language and that it remains as the second language.

OME’s Day Out is open to invited primary and secondary students and will start at 8.30 am. It will be packed with lots of activities such as script writing and drama classes, rhyming workshops and treasure hunts that is designed to generate understanding of the language and boosts confidence among the participants to use the English language in their daily conversation. Scores will be given for each activity, and participants will stand a chance to win exciting prizes.

Apart from that, participants will also have the chance to experience in meeting their favorite characters from the Oh My English series as they will make special appearances for meet and greet sessions with the OME Day Out participants.

This edutainment series has entered its third season this year and is broadcasted every Sunday at 9.30 pm exclusively on Astro TVIQ (channel 601). Oh My English Season 3 featured collaboration of great line up of celebrities such as Jibam (Akhmal Nazri), See Yew Soon (Roax Tan), Mazlee (Zhafir Muzani), Anusha (Kaameshaa), Jojie  (Nadiya Nisaa), Putri (Amyra Rosli), Khai (Shafiq Kyle) and their beloved teachers Mr. Henry Middleton (Zain Saidin), Cikgu Ayu (Tiz Zaqyah), Miss Soo (Carmen Soo), Cikgu Bedah (Sherry Al Hadad) and Cikgu Fatimah (Ogy Ahmad Daud), also the humorous security officer played by Rahim R2.
