Today for lunch I decided to make simple stir fried noodles or mee goreng.
Ingredients..:
yellow noodles/mee
"sawi"
onions-chopped
garlic-chopped
bird's eye chilli/"cili padi"
prawns
tomato
oil
chilli paste/chilli boh/ "chilli giling"
oyster sauce
light soya sauce
dark soya sauce
ketchup/tomato sauce
Method:
Pour oil into wok/kuali, add onions, garlic and prawns.
Stir fry until fragrant and prawns are pink then add oyster sauce, dark soya sauce, light soya sauce and tomato sauce.
Stir until sauces are mixed and add in the tomato and noodles.
Add water and if necessary sugar and salt to taste.
